A clear checkout and careful payment routine
Payment & Security
This page explains how to review an Anglerivo™ checkout, understand payment status, and communicate safely about an order. Payment availability and transaction requirements depend on the live checkout and the provider you choose.

1. Payment methods available for your order
Use a payment option that is actually displayed in the checkout for your destination and order. The available methods may differ by region, device, provider eligibility, and transaction characteristics. A payment logo seen in a general image does not establish that the method is enabled for every purchase.
Read any terms presented by your selected provider, including an additional authentication step or a financing arrangement if one is offered. Questions about the provider’s own account, credit decision, or payment schedule should also be directed to that provider.
2. Currency, charges, and the amount you authorize
Before confirming payment, review the item options, quantities, order currency, delivery address, shipping charge, and taxes shown for the transaction. A promotion applies only when its qualifying terms are met and the discount is reflected in the final amount presented to you.
A bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other charges separately. These are governed by its own terms. If an import charge is not collected at checkout, the Shipping Policy explains that destination authorities or a carrier may collect an amount associated with import clearance.
3. How payment information is handled
The checkout and selected payment service handle the payment credentials required for the transaction. Information visible to the store may include the payment status, transaction reference, amount, and limited payment-method details supplied by that service. The precise information depends on the provider and method.
Ordinary customer support email is not a payment-entry channel. Do not send a complete card number, card security code, banking password, or one-time authentication code. We do not need those credentials to identify an order, discuss a product, or explain a return request.
4. Authorization, capture, and pending transactions
A payment provider may initially place an authorization or pending hold while the transaction is reviewed. Depending on the method, the final charge can be recorded at a later stage. A temporary bank entry does not always mean that two completed charges have occurred.
If you see an unexpected pending transaction, check the provider’s status and your order confirmation before trying again. A release of an unused authorization is handled through the payment provider or issuer and may not appear immediately in an online statement.
5. Failed payments and repeated attempts
A transaction may fail because of incorrect billing information, an expired payment method, insufficient available funds, authentication requirements, regional restrictions, or a provider’s security decision. Confirm the billing address, required fields, and available funds using your own provider’s secure interface.
Avoid making repeated attempts until you know whether the first transaction completed. Contact us with the checkout email and a non-sensitive description of the error if you need help locating an order. Do not send a screenshot that exposes complete payment credentials.
6. Fraud review and order verification
We may review an order when the information supplied indicates a payment or delivery risk. A reasonable verification request can concern the order reference, the checkout email, or a clarification of the billing or delivery information. The purpose is to confirm the transaction, not to collect unrelated personal information.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or accepted after a payment has been taken, we will explain the cancellation and return the relevant payment as required. We do not require you to make a second transfer to an unrelated account in order to release an ordinary product shipment.
7. Refunds and payment disputes
Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. The amount depends on the circumstances explained in the Return & Refund Policy. If the original method cannot receive a refund, we will discuss an appropriate alternative with you rather than automatically substitute a store credit.
Your issuer may need additional time to display a refund after it has been submitted. Retain the refund confirmation and ask us for the available transaction reference if the credit is not visible. Contacting support does not remove your right to use a payment provider’s dispute process or any mandatory legal remedy.
8. Protecting your own checkout session
Use a device you trust, keep your browser updated, and check that you are completing payment through the store’s checkout and the chosen provider’s legitimate interface. Be cautious with unsolicited messages asking you to reveal passwords, download an unfamiliar file, or supply payment authentication codes.
If a message about Anglerivo™ seems suspicious, contact service@anglerivo.com through a new message rather than supplying sensitive information in reply. Describe the suspicious communication without forwarding credentials that may be visible in it.
9. Questions about an order charge
Send your order number, the checkout email, the date, and the amount you are asking about. If you provide a bank screenshot, obscure unrelated balances, account numbers, and full card details. These details allow us to review the order and compare the relevant transaction status.
A support review may require input from the payment provider, particularly for an authorization hold, issuer rejection, or account-level dispute. We will explain the information available to the store and the next step that is appropriate for the transaction.
